- air conditioned homes, cars and offices
- snow cone stands
- iced tea
- sprinklers
- swimming pools
- lakes
- and...the promise of FALL!!

Roasting here...forgot about the promise of fall. Will try to remember that possibility! Stay cool!
It's been that way all week here, heat indexes well into the 100+! I too, keep telling myself fall is coming but when you are sweating walking to the mail box...it is officially summer! YUCK!
This is the first day in a loooooong time we have not had rain (though it is still overcast). Now the nasty humidity is creeping in...yuk!!! We all need fall!!!
