S is for Sisters!

Sisters.
I've got two of them.
They're both older than me.
Old ladies. {tehehe}

Here's a good quote for my sisters:
"Big Sisters are the crab grass in the lawn of life."
~Charles M. Schulz

Good night.

:)

Naw, I'm just teasin'!

I like to mess with my sisters. Sometimes I like to do this:

Picture of my sister, Jill:

:) tehehe

Seriously though, I like my sisters. Here we are picking peaches last summer:

If you don't understand how a woman could both love her sister dearly and want to wring her neck at the same time, then you were probably an only child.

LOL! I understand!! I have 3 sisters. One older than me and two younger. ( I have a picture of me with my oldest sister in my latest post. It's from when we were little kids... you would have to look back at all the old family posts if you want to see a more up to date pic of my sisters.)

This has been the post that made me laugh the loudest....because you seem to share my level of maturity in dealing with my loving sister.

And I liked the very beginning...
priceless!

Oh Amy ~ you're a stinker! LOL

I've never had a sister...just two brothers. However, when I was in my first marriage, I had 7 SIL's! It was wooooooonderful. I just adored every single one. I miss them so much.

Oh, Oh, I think you better duck when Jill sees this post LOL. It must be great to have sisters, I only have brothers but I have friends that are like my sisters. Loved your S post.

Great tribute to your love of your sisters. Loved it, especially the messing with part. My sis is way sensitive and I'd be doing butt-kissing for the next year if I did that to her in blogland. Just speaks to your close relationship, and that's just wonderful.

That last quote was perfect. Great idea for S. I have 2 of my own. Love 'em and want to kill 'em.

no sisters here ... lucky you to have two!!!

I have two sisters - both younger than I. To mix up Charles' quote a bit 'Younger sisters are the stinging nettle bushes of life' - ask your older sisters! :)

Hey I am the oldest of 5 sisters - I think LITTLE sisters are the crab grass! LOL
Sisters - one minute you can be in a screaming punching biting scratching fight and the next headed to the mall cause mom gave you the car. At least that is what happens in my house (got 5 daughters of my own now - my mom is a saint!!)

Fun sister post :o) It looks like you all have a great time together! I have a sister...who is 20 years younger than me and younger than our older daughter!
My S post was inspired by our two daughters (aka sisters :o) and some of my projects that are sadly unfinished due to my "state of constant "busy-ness" is (that spelled correctly?) and lack of organization...

Blessings& Aloha!
...little by little I am getting around to more wonderful S posts! Hope you can pop over and if you do, please let me know by leaving a comment.

I noticed that you area quilter :o) I am a novice quilter...(these are the "unfinished projects" that I speak of!).
